Jude

Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500), FinY, Yoga Senior Teacher, CST/ MFR, CEBT, B. Science

Jude Milan has witnessed the physical, mental and emotional benefits yoga has brought to both herself and others. This inspires her to share yoga with others so they too can experience wellbeing, stillness, peace, open heart and wisdom. 

Jude has been teaching yoga since 2005, studying Tibetan Buddhism since 2002 and also has a Bachelor of Science in Human Movement Studies and Environment. 

Jude has been teaching yin yoga since training with Victor Chng in 2011 and qualified as a Crainosacral and Myofascial Release therapist in 2017.  Jude completed a training as a Cultivating Emotional Balance teacher in 2017, which brings the scientific understanding of emotions together with contemplative practices.

Jude co-owns a yoga studio in Perth.

Rob

Byron Yoga TT, B. Engineering , CEBT

Rob Milan has been yoga teaching since 2012, his practice being informed by the study of meditation and traditional taekwondo training he did growing up. His classes are influenced by that background, packaging traditional concepts into modern wrappings.

Rob completed training as a Cultivating Emotional Balance teacher in 2018, which brings the scientific understanding of emotions together with contemplative practices.

Rob co-owns a yoga studio in Perth where the emphasis on the contemplative aspect of yoga is brought to every class.

Celesta

Celesta Wijaya has completed 900hrs of yoga teacher training to date, including 350hrs with Yogaspace, and specialised in Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga and Ashtanga yoga.  She is also completing her studies in a post graduate of yoga therapy.

Her personal practice centres around Ashtanga Yoga based on her study and practice with Saraswati, Shareth, Eileen Hall and training with David Swenson.

Her passions lies in supporting her class to a nurtured, mind and movement sequence guided by the student’s own breath. Practicing beyond the physical into a deep awareness to ones body, mind and breath.

She is also completed sound healing training and offers sound healing with her yoga teaching.

She has been an advocate for holistic wellness and an active therapist at Solaris Cancer Care for over 7 years, facilitating yoga and a volunteer at the hospital for touch therapy in the Oncology department. She is currently pursuing Psychological science at UWA and Buddhist Philosophy with teachers in India, USA and Bhutan.

Debra de Klerk

Yoga has been part of Debra’s life for 23 years. Her practice has inspired her to become strong, flexible and fearless on and off the mat. She qualified as a yoga teacher (FinY 550hrs) and Counsellor (Notre Dame – Graduate diploma) in 2004 and, is a level two teacher with Yoga Australia. She has a special interest in Women’s health and has developed yoga programmes specifically aimed at helping girls transition to adulthood and women thrive in midlife. 

 

Karen

Karen Wiese is a holistic health and wellness advocate. She believes the state of our well-being requires harmony between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states of being. Her crystal sound healing sessions offer a beautiful opportunity for relaxation, balance, healing and deep rest. She is passionate in allowing others to experience the refined sound vibrations of crystal singing bowls and continues to further her study and knowledge of this alluring sacred practise.

 

Chemi

Born and raised in the Himalayas in India, Chemi (Tshering Cheki) is a qualified yoga teacher who has learned the discipline under the classical Hatha tradition. She has conducted several yoga retreats, workshops, yoga classes, and assisted teacher training courses for the past 10 years. 

Tshering has completed 250 hours of the Yoga Teachers Training Course from The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Mysore. Also, she has earned a 200-hour Yoga Teachers Training Course and a 300-hour Yoga Therapy Course from Swami Krishnanada Hatha Yoga Shala, Mysore. Additionally, She has completed an MSc in Yoga Therapy from Periyar University, Chennai.

She is committed to sharing this experience of Yogic wisdom with the seekers. Her specialization includes Hatha yoga, Hatha flow, Yoga therapy, yoga Nidra, Pranayama and meditation.
