Jude has witnessed the physical, mental and emotional benefits yoga has brought to both herself and others. This inspires her to share yoga with others so they too can experience wellbeing, stillness, peace, open heart and wisdom.
Jude has been teaching yoga since 2005 and also has a Bachelor of Science in Human Movement Studies and Environment.
She also offers Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release treatments.
Rob’s been yoga teaching since 2012, his practice being informed by the study of meditation and traditional taekwondo training he did growing up. His classes are influenced by that background, packaging traditional concepts into modern wrappings.

Marilyn’s classes encourage observation and development of skills that will assist students both on and off the mat. She creates an authentic and safe space for physical, mental and spiritual growth. She has over 20 years experience in the health and movement industry. Ranging from biomechanics scholarship at the Australian Institute of Sport, to yoga training with Bryan Kest, Les Levanthel, Pablo Alvarez, Simon Bjorg-Olivier, Ragunath…. and most importantly – her greatest teacher, LIFE!
