In studio and live-stream classes – click on timetable to book.  Bookings open up to 7 days before the class.  Bookings essential – please contact us if you need assistance booking in. You can also use a class pass to book.  You will be emailed a link to zoom for livestream classes – please book in at least one hour before the class starts. The livestream will start 5-15 mins before the start time.  Bring your own mats and equipment, including mats, bolsters, cushions and blankets.  Some shared equipment allowed such as blocks and straps which must be cleaned after each class.
