Please bring a large towel to put over any cushions or bolsters you might want to use. You are welcome to use the studio spiky balls have rollers, which you are asked to clean before and after the class. Alternatively we have small number myofascial release balls for purchase or you can bring your own.
Have an early breakfast or light brunch so your digestive system is relatively empty for the practice.
Suitable for complete beginners to experienced yoga practitioners.
