Feeling into the nature of winter, where seeds lay in the silent earth. These seeds are not dormant, it’s the cold of winter they are after. The season’s cycle of frost, harsh winds and bitter rains slowly softens the tough seed coat., in preparation for the lighter, warmer days of spring. We are going to do the same!
A series of 6 intimate gatherings exploring what it feels like to be in this place, at this time, as you are. Pouring attention through and around the body, the senses, and the self. Dissolving some tension, and softening into the experience of now.
Conscious movement, meditation, nidra, pranayama and yin yoga practices. Suitable for every body.

Sunday August 7th – break week with no class
Sundays – August 14, 21 and 28 – 4:00 – 5:30pm

Marilyn’s classes encourage observation and development of skills that will assist students both on and off the mat. She creates an authentic and safe space for physical, mental and spiritual growth.
She has over 20 years experience in the health and movement industry. Ranging from biomechanics scholarship at the Australian Institute of Sport, to yoga training with Bryan Kest, Les Levanthel, Pablo Alvarez, Simon Bjorg-Olivier, Ragunath. and most importantly “ her greatest teacher, LIFE!
