Stillness in Motion Yoga
Mondays 6:15 – 7:15pm @ Hubert St – with Jude
For those new to yoga or continuing with gentle yoga practice.
Yoga with a focus on gentle movements, breathing techniques, improving mobility, strength building, slowing downing, inner reflection and relaxation. Suitable for all, including beginners and those with minor injuries.
Times are in Australia/Perth
This class is for every body – those new to yoga and those that wish to continue to explore the foundations of the yoga practice.
