Saturday 9:30 to 10:30am @ Hubert St -Jude & Rob

A Saturday morning Hatha yoga class will be a combined class, with Jude and Rob teaching the class together.

The class will have a gentle basis with more advanced options offered for those who wish to practice.

It is suitable for those that have been attending both our previous Saturday morning classes and any body who wishes to join.

Learn to build on the foundations of hatha yoga in a non-judgemental and non-competitive environment in a peaceful setting. You will learn to develop mindfulness of your body and mind; breathing techniques that bring alertness in the mind and promote relaxation; basic yoga asanas (postures) that can balance the systems of the body, increase strength and fitness, and relieve stress and tension; and relaxation and meditation techniques to quieten the mind and bring about stillness and peace.
