Starting the day with a dynamic yoga practice is highly recommended as you can work deeply into the systems of the body. ┬áThe digestive system is at its most empty, the circulatory system gets moving, and the parasympathetic nervous system is activated (the bodies ‘rest and digest’ mode.

Our morning practice works towards increased flexibility, strength, balance and improved functioning of body systems. The class begins with yogic breathing practices, with the asana practice increasing in intensity to suit the level of the class and flows into deeper stretching as the body warms up. The class concludes with a relaxation/ meditation.
