This yoga practice draws on the principles of high intensity interval training (HIIT), a scientifically proven way to improve fitness. You will be led through a dynamic yoga based movement practice aimed at lifting the heart rate whilst bringing a mindful focus to the body – the yogic approach.
It can be easy to be composed when seated quietly but what happens when we turn up the (internal) heat?
Exploring strong engagement balanced with cool composure.
We include a long meditation/ relaxation at the conclusion of the practice to ensure we unwind the nervous system at the end.
