Bring balance and harmony to Sunday morning with a slow flow yoga class. A class to mindfully move the body and restore your inner wellbeing, to balance the body, emotions and mind. Focusing on yoga that acts as a preventative pre-condition to destuctive emotional episodes, bolster consructive emotional episodes and act as a counter balance post episode.
Note that those attending the CEB workshop on the last Sunday of each month can attend this session complementarily.
A long meditation will be incorporated into each class, with topics as follows:
May – Feeling and releasing emotions
Jun – Sitting with and accepting sadness
Jul – Deliberately cultivating a joyful heart
Aug – Calming fear and anxiety
Sep – Developing internal and external equanimity
Oct – Accepting yourself, accepting others
Nov – Creating the cause for happiness
