This class incorporates and yin and yang approach. Parts of the class will be a dynamic flowing practice, balanced with still holds incorporating the spiky ball and foam roller to induce deep release within the body, and the mind.
Working with a foam roller and ball to induce deep release within the body, allowing for more movement and less discomfort and pain, which supports mental relaxation. The aim is to have you leave the class with more freedom in your body and a deeply relaxed and calm mind.
