Sitting around at home is about to get more active. Keep your body moving, feeling well and agile, and to help you develop mental calm and clarity.
Although we make use of the chair, don’t think that means this will be time to sit around and relax 🙂 Like the use of other props in yoga practice, using a chair as a prop will assist you in targeting and working areas that thought they could ‘hide away’ from being involved in the practice.
Props can also be a supportive tool for injured or restricted parts of the body. Celesta is very skilled at tailoring the class to meet the needs of whoever attends.
This class is suitable for all levels of practitioner, including those with injury and reduced mobility.

Chairs are only used once a week for this class and will be sanitised after each class.
